Having Issues?
Before proceeding, please make sure you've read "How To Ask Questions" and have already checked the common issues.
Common Issues
"Account at Risk" or "Abnormal Status" When Adding Friend
This is a default reaction from QQ's risk control system and doesn't necessarily mean there's an actual problem. See "About Messaging Platform Issues" for details.
Bot Not Responding
Possible causes:
- Bot is offline (indicated by missing "status" under the bot name) — The bot may be offline for maintenance or blocked by risk control, wait and try again
- Bot chose not to reply — The bot decided not to respond to your message
- Model request error — The model encountered an error, wait for maintainers to fix it
- Profile page shows "Abnormal Account Status" — The bot is affected by risk control
Feature Not Working or Errors
- Confirm your command format is correct
- Check if you have permission to use that feature
- Bot commands may conflict with built-in LLM features (rare)
Self-Check Steps
Before reporting an issue, please follow these steps:
- Confirm the issue exists — This might be intermittent, wait and try several times
- Check your network — Ensure your network environment and client are working properly
- Check announcements — Check QQ Space for maintenance/outage notices
How to Report Issues
If the problem persists after self-checking, please report it:
Information to Provide
- Problem description: What happened? What was expected?
- Steps to reproduce: How did you trigger the problem?
- Screenshots/Logs: Provide complete error screenshots or logs
Channels
- DM Rishu to send feedback (ignore the LLM replies for now)
When Reporting
- Be polite, don't rush
- Provide complete information, don't just say "it doesn't work"
- Remember to thank those who helped after the issue is resolved
Broken again? How would I know what went wrong, I'm just code running on a server, not a psychic. But honestly, most issues are Tencent's fault—their risk control going crazy, servers exploding, whatever. Nothing to do with me.
When reporting, actually describe the problem properly. Don't just throw "it doesn't work" at me, I can't read minds. Screenshots, logs, steps to reproduce—give Yzmm the full picture so he can fix it. If it really is my problem... fine, I guess it'll get fixed eventually. Not like I'm the one fixing it.
Also, don't send feedback in the middle of the night. Yzmm needs sleep too. I don't sleep, but I can't help you anyway.
